Refund Policy
When refunds apply, and how they are processed.

Eligible refunds
Full refunds are issued when a session is cancelled by the therapist and cannot be rescheduled within two weeks, or when payment was made for a service not rendered.
Non-refundable
Sessions already attended and sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice are not eligible for refund.
Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. For UPI/bank transfers, the same account will be credited.
