Free rescheduling
You may reschedule a session free of charge up to 12 hours before the appointment. Just message us on WhatsApp.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session may be charged at 50% of the session fee.
No-shows
Sessions missed without notice are charged in full, as the slot cannot be reallocated.
Therapist-initiated changes
In the rare event Dr. Komal needs to reschedule, you'll be offered the next available slot or a full refund.
